To confirm your appointment, a deposit must be submitted. This deposit will be applied toward your service cost. You can make the deposit by clicking the “Pay Deposit” link at the top of this website or by sending it to:

Once your appointment is confirmed (via email) please note that deposits are non-refundable unless your booking is unconfirmed, rejected, or canceled by Gloss Nails. If you did not receive a booking confirmation email, your booking remains pending (unconfirmed).
Unforeseen circumstances may occur, but I kindly ask that you respect my time. If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please notify ASAP.
NOTE: Books are filled a month (or more) in advance and rescheduling may be difficult – please take this into consideration when booking.
Strict policy is as follows:
• When your booking is confirmed (via email), deposits are non-refundable and good for ONE reschedule (if books allow).
• You will receive an appointment reminder (via email) 2 days before your appointment. Once the reminder is sent, no-shows, reschedules, or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of deposits and any pre-payments.
• Newly accepted clients will be barred from future bookings if this policy is violated.
• Current clients who chronically reschedule will be dropped.
• Appointments will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice.
