To confirm your appointment, a deposit must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service cost. You can make the deposit by clicking the “Pay Deposit” link at the top of this website or by sending it to:

Your deposit can be used for ONE reschedule. Once your appointment is confirmed (via email) please note that deposits are non-refundable, with the exception of unconfirmed bookings or cancellations by Gloss Nails. If you did not receive a booking confirmation email, your booking remains pending (unconfirmed).
While unforeseen circumstances may occur, I kindly request that you respect my time. If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please notify at least 24 hours in advance.
Strict policy is as follows:
• No-shows, reschedules, or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of deposits and any pre-payments.
• New clients may be barred from booking future appointments if this policy is violated.
• Appointments will be canceled without exception if you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.
