To confirm your appointment, a deposit must be received. This deposit will be applied toward your service cost. You can make the deposit during checkout in the booking panel or by clicking the “Pay Deposit(s)” link at the top of this website.
Once your appointment is confirmed (via email), deposits are non-refundable unless your booking is unconfirmed, rejected, or canceled by Gloss Nails. If you did not receive a booking confirmation email, your booking remains pending (unconfirmed).
Unforeseen circumstances do occur, but I kindly request to respect my time. If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance.
NOTE: Books are filled a month (or more) in advance and rescheduling may be difficult – please take this into consideration when booking.
Strict policy is as follows:
• Once your booking is confirmed (via email), deposits are non-refundable and good for ONE reschedule (if books allow) provided at least 48 hours notice has been given.
• You will receive an appointment reminder (via email) 2 days before your appointment. Once the reminder is sent, no-shows, reschedules, or cancellations within 48 hours will require a new deposit and payment in full of the missed appointment in order to initiate a new booking.
• Current clients who chronically reschedule will be dropped.
• Current clients who do not re-book within 8 weeks will be moved to the wait list.
• Appointments will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice. Payment in full of the missed appointment and a new deposit is required in order to initiate a new booking.
• Newly accepted clients will be barred from future bookings if this policy is violated.
