To secure your appointment, a deposit must be received within one hour of booking, except for pedicures. This deposit will go towards the cost of your service. You can pay the deposit by clicking the “Pay Deposit” link at the top of this website or by sending it to:

  • Credit Card, Apple Pay, GPay etc: Click to Pay
  • CashApp: $buffalonailtech
  • Venmo: @buffalonailtech

 Your deposit can be put toward ONE reschedule. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of unconfirmed bookings or cancellations by Gloss Nails.

Sometimes unexpected things come up beyond our control, but I ask that you respect our time and other clients’ appointments. If you need to make changes or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Here’s my strict policy:

  • No-shows, reschedules, or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit deposits and any pre-payments.
  • New clients may be barred from booking future appointments if they violate this policy.
  • If you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be canceled without exception.
